To exchange or receive a refund, simply return the item(s) in question free of charge in their original condition.
Use the return label included in your package and write to us at marimika@marimika.com specifying your choice.

Exchanges or refunds are processed promptly, provided the product is not irreversibly damaged.
Deadline: You have one month (from the date of receipt of your order) to return your package and send us an email. This gives you plenty of time to decide 😊. 1 month from receipt of the order.
